If you speak fluently in German, French, Swedish or Danish language plus your solid English, have excellent verbal communication skills and professional business manner you could be the candidate we are currently looking for on behalf of our international Client in Gdańsk.
The purpose of this job is to provide the highest level service via live calls or chats and to handle all types of calls such as retention, exchange and billing. As a Fashion Consultant you will assist members with variety of account, item, order inquiries, or billing issues. Your duties will include ensuring that department quality standards are met for every member interaction via Inbound/Outbound Call, chat or email. Moreover, you’ll be in charge of selecting the fashion merchandise that will be displayed in each member’s boutique every month. Working on this position requires responsibility for building a strong rapport with other members.
We are looking for candidates who have effective time management skills and ability to flourish in a fast-paced changing environment. To be successful in this kind of job you need to be a team player, skilled in talking about products and service with customers and experienced on navigating and utilizing customer service systems. You should also have ability to write clear and concise customer notes when needed.
