How is your workday?
You will work in the Nordic customer support team at an Online Casino/Sports book/Poker site and handle incoming calls, mail contact and live chats from the customers. Your personality is important and it is appreciated with a personal and “real touch” in your encounter with the players. The site is supposed to feel like a second living room. The company encourages knowledge development and product insight where every employee gets involved in the operational part of the business. Everyone feels responsible and help each other achieve the overall goals.
