Coordinator Export & Import International (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Handling Export & Import;

• Transports to ports / inter-plant transports including raw materials and semi-finished products;

• Alignment with production plants / chartering / shipment planning;

• Coordination of service provider in the port regarding unloading & storage;

• Work close with plants & production planners regarding availability of components;

• Preparation, updating and sending of transport plans;

• Planning, updating of transports in SAP;

• Participation in purchasing decisions;

• Framework agreements for heavy transport escorts and road safety;

• Participant in meetings with authorities (regarding exports / imports);

• Outsourcing of components from plants and ports;

• Recording and tracking of transport damages in SAP;

• Cost calculation and cost monitoring;

• Assurance that all ENERCON standards and specifications are met by service providers.

Your Skills:

• Master / Degree in Transports and Logistics Management or related areas (or with long-term job experience in logistics or transport services (wind energy industry/ heavy haulage field / crane services);

• Know-how in export management & Incoterms;

• Good Knowledge in IT Tools, MS Office and SAP;

• Knowledge of the English language spoken and written;

• Good technical and logistical understanding;

• Systematic, independent work style;

• Pronounced team-oriented approach and communication skills;

• Resilience, flexibility and strong commitment;

• Very good organizational skills;

• Travel readiness (international).
