The food we aim to bring to the table is made from high class ingredients and with extra care from you, our cooks, in this Viking atmosphere.
The daily service at Langhuset will be broad.  A steady a la carte menu alongside events such as weddings, conferences and concerts, to name a few, will all be happening at our place.

You have to be able to work together with your colleagues to handle many of these things at once. Working organized and in a calm manner are qualities we value. 
The pressure will be high but together we will get through!

Opening hours will be between 11-23 and you will have various shifts throughout the week. 

The a la carte menu will be the same from start to finish but there will be package offers to the bigger groups and events in addition. No day will look like the other, that we can promise you.

Job requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience from working in a kitchen.
  • Ensuring standard portions and quality of each and every dish
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
  • Monitoring food production and cost efficiency
  • A passion for food combined with beverages
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
  • Social skills where you put your focus towards the guest – we are there for them!
  • Driven, attention to details and curiosity
  • Cooperative towards your coworkers
  • You can work day- and night shifts
