Job offer description

This role provides contract management support and performs supply and demand transactions across the extended enterprise and supports a collaborative network for processes from opportunity to cash. Activities may include but are not limited to improving contract performance, streamlining, and standardizing processes, implementing reporting processes for specific contracts, interacting with key measurement stakeholders, contract audit and registration, order, billing, hourly service invoicing, customer master record, and other end-to end transactions. Professionals are responsible for maintaining client relationships by supporting the contract management or fulfillment process, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling requirements, partnering with the stakeholders, and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. They also execute defined contract management and fulfillment processes, in line with business controls and meet business objectives.

 

  • Accounts Receivables - tracking invoice payments, chasing customer late payments, late payment fee management, dispute management
  • Compliance and Business Controls
  • Contract support - Baseline management (complexity based on the contract specific), Deliverables Management, Issue and Risk Management
  • Contract Change Management                                                          
  • Billing/Invoicing management based on contract specifics                            
  • Lead Governance contract meetings with CPE and DPE, Finance
  • advise business counterparts (PE, DPE, CU Leader) on the respective events treatment
  • all contracts’ phases including - T&T, BAU, RFS
  • high probability of managing re-negotiation, extensions, or terminations
  • manage contract registrations & billing in Customer fulfillment tool (CFTs)
Job requirements

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Portuguese language – ability to read, write, speak 
  • Fluency in business English
  • Customer support experience
