Consumer Insights Manager m/w

For one of our clients we are looking for a Consumer Insights Manager (m/f).

Your task:

• Provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations by drawing out key insights
  
  from in-depth, complex data sources and reporting these to various internal
  
  stakeholders
• Utilize our full tool suite (MSTR, Exasol, Tablue), and other analytic tools and contribute
  
  to develop methods to help us gather data, create insights and communicate them.
• Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, experiment analysis, A/B testing)
  
  with excellent presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual
  
  displays of quantitative information.
• Harness the adidas SCV (single consumer view) database to develop
  
  insights/analysis/reports of key consumer metrics
• Maintain a direct relationship with the Data Science team to make sure all the new
  
  knowledge is made available through our visualization tools and brought to discussions
  
  when interacting with BUs and Markets
• Analyze consumer life-cycle , and life time value and create recommendations for
  
  marketing team

Your Skills:

• Higher education, university degree or equivalent in areas such as Economics, Business,
  
  Statistics, Math, Computer Science
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in an analytic role , 2 – 4 years focus on
  
  CRM / consumer profiling / consumer analytics
• Excellent knowledge of digital landscape, and applications of different marketing tools
• Experience with large amounts of consumer data / Big data
• SQL strong skills and use of BI tools (MSTR, Tableau), familiar with Big data tools
• Strong use of Power Point or other presentation tools. Being creative to show the data is
  
  a must
• Fluent English
• A data driven mind-set. Passion for data and insights generation
• A drive for understanding consumers and their relationship with the brand
