CONSEILLER CLIENTÈLE INBOUND (H/F)

Notre client est une compagnie internationale qui opère dans le domaine du e-commerce.    Notre conseiller sera l'image de la marque qu'il représentera et le responsable pour la communication entre la compagnie et le troisième partenaire.  Nos conseillers seront chargés de fournir du support opérationnel et des informations opportunes aux marchands qui vendent sur la plate-forme.  Ils seront également chargés de rapporter les problèmes chroniques du système, de suggérer des améliorations des processus, d'élaborer la documentation interne en contribuant au travail d'équipe.    Situés à Lisbonne, nous recrutons des conseillers clientèle en appels entrants pour répondre aux demandes de nos clients par téléphone et courrier électronique.   Consulter l'offre d'emploi sur le site du Forem
