We are looking for additional german speaking IT employees for the following positions:

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative (1st level support)
  • IT Consultant (2nd level support)

 

CompuSoft is expanding into the German market, and we are therefore looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives and IT Consultants within IT Business Support for our support office in Padborg in the Danish border region and for our head office in Søndersø near Odense.

COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Your work tasks:

  • Answering calls for the Helpdesk and either answer questions or redirect requests.
  • Follow up on requests and questions submitted to our Helpdesk.
  • Naturally, providing all costumers with friendly and accommodating customer service.
  • Assisting customers during the onboarding process, such as collecting relevant customer data and assisting with configuration tasks.

 

TECHNICHAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Your work tasks:

  • Technical support and system setup (1st level support)
  • Management of service tickets in our Helpdesk.
  • Consultancy regarding CompuSoft’s own business solutions.
  • Training customers (webinars, on-site training, remote training)
  • In the future, your tasks will also include participating in the on-call service rotation.*

 

IT CONSULTANT

Your work tasks:

  • Consulting tasks, 2nd level support and maintenance of our software installations.
  • Consultancy regarding CompuSoft’s own business solutions.
  • Advising our customers on optimizing their IT and business processes.
  • Close cooperation with our internal team, including project coordination and software releases.
  • Taking responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • In the future, your tasks will also include taking part in an on-call service together with your colleagues.*

 

*The on-call service can be conveniently carried out from home or on the go. The company will provide you with a PC, laptop and a mobile phone. You will be part of a three-week rotation in your consulting team, which has a low to moderate call volume.
