Commis de Rang (m/f)

As a Commis de Rang you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Constant optimization of workflows in the restaurant
• Follow and comply with emergency and safety regulations
• Continuing to comply with the Jumeirah Hallmarks and Guiding Principles
• Participation in internal training and implementation of the acquired knowledge in practice
• Welcome and placement of guests
• Recommendation and advice of the guests with the food and beverage selection in own station
• Gather and share guest preferences
• Make sure that the service area is always clean, tidy and well prepared

Your background/ requirements:

You have completed training in the restaurant / hotel sector and have already gained initial experience in this position.

You have a good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.

You have a high level of social and intercultural competence.

They are characterized by very good manners and a neat appearance.

Creativity, flexibility, dynamics and resilience are among your strengths.
