Commis Chefs and Chef de Partie

Details of the role:
In conjunction with the Head Chef the ideal candidate will contribute to:
- Smooth running of the kitchen including their allocated section
- To prepare and produce food to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to Food Hygiene and HACCP systems already in place.
- To assist in other sections of the Kitchen when required.
- Opening and closing procedures of the Kitchen.
Candidates need to meet the following criteria: -
- Have a 3rd level qualification or relevant experience in a Commis Chef/ Chef de Partie role.
- Have a level of high service standards
- Excellent attention to detail.
- HACPP Level 2

Full training is provided, however, working as part of a team, he/she will be guided by the Senior Team. Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.
