We have already come a long way with Bizzkit's journey to the cloud.Our very skilled team is developing the underlying infrastructure based on modern cloud technologies – with the aim of offering a SaaS platform for the largest and best e-commerce solutions both in Denmark and internationally. We are now moving towards all products being run as containers in OCI and are automatically orchestrated in a Kubernetes cluster with all the necessary infrastructure running in Azure.

As our new Cloud Software Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated Cloud Operations team consisting of Head of Cloud Operations, one Lead Platform Architect, one Project Manager, two Cloud Software Developers, and one DevOps Specialist. Together with the rest of the cloud team, product team and external Azure experts, you will help lead ideas from the very beginning to the mature product, always with a focus on high quality, more fluid product deployment, better monitoring, and better insight into product environments.

In your role as Cloud Software Specialist, you will therefore, in close sparring with super competent colleagues, have a great influence on the design and architecture of the Bizzkit SaaS solution, where the keywords are: Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, C# , ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Container orchestration through Docker og Kubernetes, KEDA, GitOps.

Your primary tasks:

• Designing of new cloud infrastructure to support our products.
• Development of Infrastructure as a Code and automation for deployments via GitOps for Kubernetes.
• Coordination with other developers on how various products can work in a cloud environment.
• Development of new cloud-native products, e.g. new documentation site (serverless)
• Implement solutions in Bizzkit products, which are prerequisites for the platform’s transition to a SaaS platform.
• Design and implement DevOps, as process as well as culture.

You will work with some of the latest technologies, methods, and tools in the cloud, where the technologies are often used the same month as they are released. This means that we never stop developing and taking Bizzkit Cloud to new heights. Who are you?  

Preferably, you have a few years of experience in software development and have a higher education within IT, where you have shown great results. You are interested in and familiar with concepts og DevOps. You are a skilled and ambitious developer, and at the same time humble where you are eager to learn much more. 

You have experience with:

• .NET/ C#
• Containers/Docker

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/ARM)
• Azure
• Kubernetes
• KEDA
• GitOps

You have a curious mind and are good at seeking knowledge from e.g. open-source projects. It is easy for you to adapt complex issues, work in a goal-focused manner and set high standards for your work. You think critically but have a great drive and are motivated to find the best solutions.
