• Leitung von Projekten zur Entwicklung von selbstklebenden Folien für die graphische Industrie
• Optimierung des bestehenden Produktportfolios und Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien
• Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
• Fachliche Unterstützung der Bereiche Verkauf, Einkauf, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Verfahrenstechnik
• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und des technischen Fortschritts

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, des Chemieingenieurwesens, der Kunststofftechnik oder eines angrenzenden Bereiches, gern auch mit Promotion (bevorzugt mit Schwerpunkt Polymerchemie)
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Lack-, Chemie- oder Beschichtungs­industrie von Vorteil
• Know-how auf dem Gebiet der Haftklebstoffe, Silikonsysteme, Silikonrohpapiere, PVC wünschenswert
• Bestenfalls Kenntnisse und praxisnahe Erfahrungen in der Lackchemie
• Sichere Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwenderprogramme sowie eines ERP-Systems
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Besitz eines Führerscheins und PKW
• Eigeninitiative und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
• Strukturiertes, prozessuales und ergebnisorientiertes Denken
