As a chef at Vildmarkshotellet, you mostly work with both Swedish-grown ingredients of the best quality and organic ingredients, and together with your colleagues you are involved in creating taste experiences beyond the ordinary. We are a good team that makes each other better and is driven by the passion and love of cooking. We apply both simple food art but also cooking containing technical elements. You work with all tasks that occur in a larger restaurant kitchen and get a good introduction to our working methods, routines and cooking philosophy. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in cooking and have an ongoing or completed restaurant education. We are happy to see that you have worked for a few years in the culinary profession and feel confident in the craft or that you have recently completed your culinary studies. As the work is often at a high pace, it is important that you as a person are stress-resistant, communicative and efficient while you have the ability to maintain a positive and happy attitude towards both colleagues and guests. The position is a seasonal employment and extends between April / May to September / October with varying employment rates where the work is located both during the day, evenings and weekends. Some services extend throughout the work period while other services run during the high season, ie. June-August. Salary is applied according to collective agreement. The working hours during the season include varying work shifts with both day shifts and shifts during the evening and we are happy to see that you who are applying have a B driving license and access to a car so you can easily get to and from work even during inconvenient working hours such as late evenings / early mornings .
