Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Castle Arch Hotel, Ardboyne Hotel and Newgrange Hotel. Our hotel is located in Trim, 30 mins from Dublin Airport and 15 minutes from Newgrange.
Our 131 room hotel and 28 self-catering holiday homes includes, fine dining restaurant, lounge, Swifts Bar, The River Spa, Health centre and pool and our award winning 18 hole resort golf course designed by Christy O’Connor junior.
Currently we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chef's to join our professional & highly experienced kitchen team. The Role:
- Ensure all food is of high standard in keeping with the hotel guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout your assigned department.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned section.
- Assist with the enforcement of health and safety standards within the kitchen.
- To be able to stand over the quality of food your department is producing.
- To assist the Head Chef in any tasks that they may be require in addition to providing training and support to kitchen team.
