Executive Chef,Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Breakfast Chef –Dublin 

 

Logic360 Ireland is seeking for a passionate and experienced Chefs of all grades to lead and develop quality food and service. Permanent positions- available immediately!

 

Duties:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specific section
  • Optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
  • Being aware of profit margins and keeping waste to a minimum
  • Preparing a wide variety of foods following traditional and modern recipes
  • Create new and exciting dishes to renew the menus and engage the interest of customers
  • Adhere to and help enforce strict health & hygiene standards
  • Development of new dishes and menus,

 

Shifts / Hours: 

  • Business operates Monday – Sunday (5 days over 7),

 

Skills / Experience required: 

  • Excellent culinary background required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast paste environment
  • Have excellent HACCP and Hygiene awareness
  • Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
  • Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine
  • Confident working on your own initiative and be a team player,

 

Qualifications / Documentations required: 

  • Chef qualification – minimum 2-year training
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate,

 

Pay Rate / Benefits: 

  • Euros per annum,
