The Midlands Park Hotel is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and energetic chefs to join our team. The kitchen deaprtment is comprised of three serparate kitchens to service Kelly's Steakhouse, a bar food and carvery operation and a main kitchen which is responsible for servicing breakfast, conferencing lunches, evening meals in Triog reataurant and banqueting.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for food with an excellent customer ethos and an uncompromising attitude towards stsndards of hygiene and food quality.
