We are now looking for chefs who wants to come on board and join our team at Scandic Hotels in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
Key activities
As a chef at Scandic you will be working with:

Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation

Kitchen maintenance and cleaning

Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Menu planning

Following food safety requirements
Mainly you will cook our á la carte-menu and “Scandic Classics” but at some of our hotels you also get to cook lunches.
Who you are
If you have experience working as a chef cooking in different styles and cuisines, you are more than welcome to apply for the job.
We’re also looking for newly educated chefs who wants to start their career at Scandic in Sweden. The most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest for food and beverage.
Personal skills
We want you to be passionate about people having memorable meals- working as a chef can capitalize on your enthusiasm and let you do something you truly enjoy. We need someone who is well-organised, hardworking, reliable and performs well under pressure. You must have the ability to work independently, multi task and communicate effectively.
We are a very close team with plenty of energy and ambition and are looking for someone who shares these attributes.
You will also be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
