Breakfast Chef

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with all staff and customers. You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.  Your role will to manage the daily Breakfast offer, with flair and innovation; to operate the live station and introduce new dishes Prepare food to the highest standard of quality at all times. This position will be on a variable hour basis

 

Chef De Partie

The successful candidate must be able to work in a high pressure & high turnover environment using their own initiative as part of the kitchen team.  You  must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends & public holidays;  ensure that the food offered is always of the highest standard for the benefit of the customer & the establishment;  have experience & knowledge of HACCAP procedures and have excellent culinary experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar busy operation.  This is a full time position
