We are looking for an experienced chef for a restaurant located in beautiful Naantali.
The restaurant specializes in Nordic cuisine and offers a great dining experience for visitors. The menu showcases the best seasonal ingredients with a focus on creativity and presentation.
Tasks:
- Independently supervise all aspects of food preparation and cooking.
- You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of cooking and preparing food, including the supervision of all aspects of the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- You will develop and innovate new menu options inspired by the Nordic food tradition.
- You keep your workstation clean, organised and efficient.
- You will manage stock and ensure optimal stock balances.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Location: Naantali
Working time: 29.05.2024 - 20.08.2024
Accommodation: 200-300 EUR per month
Salary: 15,00 - 17,00 EUR/h
Average working time: 160 h per month
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience,
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a busy kitchen environment,
- Strong knowledge and passion for Nordic cuisine, including traditional flavors and techniques,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills,
- Knowledge of Finnish is desirable, but English is also sufficient,
- This job requires a hygiene passport and salmonella certificate.
