If you are looking for challenges in the world of food and want to work abroad as a chef, then you are welcome to apply for a job with us at Restaurant Havsviken. We are situated on an own island -Dragsö in the Karlskrona archipelago.
The restaurant has a unique location right at the seafront with a view of bay.
We work with high quality ingredients to produce a tasty meal.
Here you can eat everything from meat, fish, poultry, exclusive pizzas and burgers etc. During low season we offer tasty lunches and à la carte on the weekends. During the summer season, we expand à la carte to every day with a larger menu. We accept smaller groups for larger groups up to 70 people indoors and 60 on our outdoor terrace facing the sea.
We are looking for a chef with training and with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the kitchen who can work independently and in teams with chefs, you must have experience of lunch and à la carte and of course have knowledge of raw material handling and hygiene.
You must speak English well.
The job begins on 1 april and extends until the end of September
The times are varied and we have collective agreements.
Salary: 155 SEK/hour.
We arrange accommodation with agreed cost.
