Job description

--           i.e. restaurant management,  organizing  all matters concerning the efficiency in the restaurant, serving guests,   complaint management, filleting, carving, flambéing, wine knowledge – semi sommelier m/f

--           Support of the restaurant manager m/f in all areas

--           serving guests in the restaurant, cover the table, dump the table, pour the beverages, fulfill the wishes of the guests

--           assisting the waiter m/f in all matters of the restaurant

--          serving guests in the restaurant, cover the table, dump the table, pour the beverages, fulfill the wishes of the guests

--            mix cocktails according to standard recipes or their own recipes, evening service

 

Skills:

Education, work experience, language, certificate etc.  

              + completed vocational training/completed apprenticeship

              + For all: German language skills level B1

               + English knowledge of advantage

               + Relevant work experience of advantage

               + Willingness to work in shift operation

 

Working hours and place of work:  48 hours per week, 5 to 6 days per week, including weekends

Places of work: tourism region of VORARLBERG Austria (in the very west of Austria, bordering Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany)  

Start date (and, if necessary, End date):  Beginning from mid of december until mid of april 2022

 

Salary:

++ For a weekly full time based employment of 40 hours the regular remuneration is 1.600 € gross.

++ Some companies offer a salary of 2.000 to 2.200 € gross on a 48 hours basis.

++ Many employers are ready for overpayment if the skills are met by the worker

++ According to the Austrian labor market law, 13th and 14th salary are aliquoted
