At the Kloster Hornbach Hotel, we welcome our guests in the unique historic setting of a former monastery. But our most important asset is our team. Driven by a mission to offer our guests a most pleasant and memorable experience, we are looking for a Chef de Rang to support our service team.

Do you have prior experience in such a position or want to tackle this challenge as the next step in your career?

As part of our team, you work closely together with our Restaurant Manager. Your foremost responsibility is the hosting of our guests, primarily in our “Refugium” gourmet restaurant. You assure that the service is professional and smooth, advise our guests on the choice of wines,  supervise billing and accounting processes and guide our apprentices. 

Beyond your professional skills, you are accustomed to work hard, show initiative, demonstrate flexibility and uphold high standards of quality. Your conduct towards colleagues and guests is always exemplary.
