There is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality professional to join a prestigious 4* Hotel in County Galway. Supporting the famous Head Chef in the dining room to ensure the highest level of service to match the outstanding reputation of the restaurant.
You will work with the highest quality local ingredients to produce memorable dishes for restaurant guests

Responsibilities
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Work with a team of experienced fine dining staff
• Adhere to hotel culture and standards
• Operate in an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional manner

Ideal Requirements

• Relevant experience at a 4* or 5* hotel
• Professional training for hospitality school
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Professional English Language level
