As Chef de Partie, you will supervise other team members and ensure that food is prepared and served to the utmost satisfaction of our guests. You will assist with food cost control. In particular, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

- Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards

- Preparing and serving high quality food

- Supervising Team Members as required

- Cleaning and organising all work areas to prevent cross-contamination

- Carrying out mise en place for all relevant meals

- Assisting in the timely, efficient and successful handling of guest requests

- Checking food quality and correct storage

- Assist in controlling costs, optimising gross profit margin and achieving other financial or departmental targets.

- Assist other departments as required and promote a good working atmosphere

- Assist the chef/sous chef in training all staff to comply with all company regulations

- Reporting maintenance needs, hygiene problems and hazards

- Comply with hotel safety, fire safety, health, occupational health and safety and food safety regulations.

Job requirements

As Chef de Partie you will always work with other team members and in the interest of our guests. In order to successfully fill this position, you should have the attitudes, behaviour, skills and values listed below:

- Instruction according to the Infection Protection Act

- Positive attitude

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Work experience in a similar area of responsibility in a catering kitchen

- Environmental awareness
