CES - Veterinary Assistant (French Speaker)
We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services.
A Consumer Engagement Services Veterinary Assistant will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services. Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure, and also be the ambassador for our brands and products.
A Day in the Life of...
· Respond to customer queries through phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
· Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animals
· Offer counselling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors, and any health issues of the consumers’ pets
· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
· Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines
· Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns, if any
· Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents
· Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them with information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision-making
· Ensures Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and on time
· Redirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer

What will make you successful?
· Fluent Written and Spoken in French
· Intermediate Written and Spoken Knowledge of English
· Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or similar
· 1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant, or Customer Relations
· Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pets)
· You have your first experience in customer relations
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Capable of Multitasking and being autonomous while working remotely
· Attention to detail, flexible, and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
· Availability to work fully remote on rotative shifts between Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 9 pm (40h/week)
