The private retirement home is a full-service care facility with a total of 70 residents in all care levels. The house is run as a family business. The family is the largest private provider of nursing services in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with a total of 150 employees.

Tasks:

  • Design and implement solutions based on business requirements
  • Organization of group and individual offers
  • Survey of occupational biographies
  • Participation in nursing and therapy planning
  • Guidance of the therapy documentation
  • Design of the surrounding area and decoration for the year
  • Work with family members
  • Planning and carrying out annual festivals and celebrations
  • Support for distributing and serving food and drinks

Requirements:

  • A professional training as a nurse, health and nursing staff
  • Teamwork, empathy and social skills
  • Initiative, decision-making ability, commitment
  • Valuable communication
  • Organizational and implementation capacity

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

  • German language skills minimum B1
  • A workplace in the beautifully situated in the foothills of the Alps
  • Working time: Full-time 38.5 hours per week, part-time by appointment, 5 days week
