We are looking for care assistant or practical nurse to work in our elderly care unit for summertime 1.5-30.9.2023. If you like working with us, we might have opportunity to offer permanent contract to you.

TASKS:
Tasks related to the treatment and care of the elderly people.

WE WISH FROM YOU:
Some working experience (1-5 years) from the social and health sector
Vocational education (care assistant, practical nurse, nurse)
Willingness to live and work in small and safety municipality in countryside.
Driving license (we are situated 7 kilometres from village, there is no public transport here)

WE OFFER
Monthly payment according to the collective labour agreement (Practical nurse minimum 2100 €/month, care assistant minimum 1892 €/month). In addition, evening, night and weekend supplements.
Full time job - 38 hours 15 minutes per week. Three-shift work.
Work capacity allowance to maintain your health (180 € / year)
Comfortable work environment and a supportive work community.
In the future, permanent working contract and the possibility to complete a Finnish care assistant's or practical nurse's degree with an apprenticeship contract.

Our goal is to implement daily and stimulating leisure activities for the elderly and disabled together. Each resident also has the opportunity for their own peace and rest. Participation in other community activities is based on everyone's own will.
The services are based on a personal care and service plan, which is drawn up for each elderly person in cooperation with the elderly person, their relatives or loved ones, and our staff. The goal of the activity is to provide independent, activating, and individual care for the elderly in a comfortable living environment.
