Calibration Engineer (Italy)

ALTEN is a Multinational Consultancy Company that works on developing projects for leading enterprises in various sectors. From the International HR Department we offer international mobility for Engineers who have experience in Calibration Engineering in the Automotive sector for one of our clients in Italy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

– Development of engine calibration (engine test bench).

– Validate the quality and the robustness of the engine calibration through endurance tests.

– Schedule and follow-up endurance tests on vehicle in order to detect calibration problems and feedback them to the team.

– Gather and analyze the results and report to your project leader according to the overall development schedule (milestones).

– Use application tools to improve the results and to standardize the process.

SKILLS

– Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.

– Between 3 and 5 years of experience in engine calibration.

– Experience and high interest for engine development and cars development in general.

– Basic computer skills : Word, Excel (macros, charts).

– Basic programming skills : Matlab, calibration.

– Fluency in English. French is a big plus.

– You are open-minded and able to work in an independent way and highly motivated and persevering.

– You have strong and efficient working methods.
