Calibration Engineer - Automotive
Opportunity exists for calibration assignments on motor controls (diesel engines) within the powertrain section. Our client is looking for Automotive engineers who has proven ability working and improving transmission, test, software etc. Engineers will have the opportunity to optimise for driveability, emissions and fuel economy.
The calibration engineer will be responsible for;
Engine and vehicle preparation and instrumentation
Test program specification
Planning and participating in hot and cold field tests
Support of prototype cars and engines
Management of automotive suppliers

Job Requirements
Calibration Engineers will be responsible for developing test plans, establishing goals, meeting timelines and communication project status to completion.
All applicants must have held a similar position within a leading Automotive OEM.
Knowledge of the Chinese automotive market would be highly advantageous.
