About the job
- Within Procurement & Performance, you will join the Procurement Operations Team
- As a Buyer, your mission is to operate on the internal clients’ behalf, the purchase of IT Services, ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas’ standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target
Your Main Activities Are
- Support your clients (BNP Paribas entities) in their purchasing requests, ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
- Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and analyze suppliers’ offers
- Negotiate the best price and contractual conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
- Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas’ standards and framework contracts
- Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools
Job requirements
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or Law
- At least 1 year of Experience in procurement related activities (purchasing, finance or operations)
- Knowledge of IT regulations and requirements in IT contracts desirable
- Knowledge of procurement software
- Proficiency in reading, negotiating and managing contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong ability for negotiation
