• Tracking finance processes and requirements in coordination with finance users and external consultants, incl. identification of possible gaps between these processes and requirements and the target solution to be implemented.
• Provide finance input to the consultants and technical team during the development and implementation phases, and assist in the creation of proofs of concept
• Identify the key processes that need to be tested by the finance users and support the consultants in defining and implementing these test cases
• Supporting the consultants in the preparation of training materials
• Lead user acceptance testing for finance processes and act as lead tester and coordinator for tests conducted by other finance users
• Coordinate finance department contributions and tasks for data cleansing and data migration in close cooperation with the technical team and the consultants
• Assist the consultants in identifying training needs for the finance team and take on the role of trainer for some of the finance processes
• Assessing the roles and transactions required by the finance users and assisting in their implementation.
• Assist finance users in resolving issues and refer these issues to the technical team during the hyper-care phase (after the go-live of the new ERP), if necessary.
• Completed studies in business administration or finance with reference to information management
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of controlling, finance, project management, in process planning and improvement
• Good user knowledge of SAP
• Experience with SAP migrations is an advantage
• Working hours: 35 hours/week
• Residence within Germany
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Proficient in German and business fluent in English
• A high degree of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organisational skills
