Business Development Specialist (m/f/d) - Circular Economy

We are looking for:

• You’ll be responsible for creating new businesses (new partners/customers portfolio development to valorize co-products brands) and manage the cross functional local team (R&D, process, manufacturing excellence, logistics, finance,...) to create new co-products, reduce from origination, recycle and develop solutions for partners.

We count on you for:

• Understanding customers' needs and technical requirements.
• Apply the cradle to cradle approach by transforming minerals wastes or by-products in valuable co-product.
• Develop, negotiate and monitor contracts in several segments and improve commercial best practices.
• Look into regulation, when necessary, to create new opportunities in line with country regulation.
• Manage projects: set priorities, dashboard tracking, problem solving proposition, milestones, monitor costs, CAPEX and resources, among others.
• Bring awareness and propose fact based solutions with case studies.
• Create networks with start-up and propose solutions out of the box.

Education and experience

• Chemical engineering or technical background
• Business and industrial Acumen
• Experience in the Cement, Construction or Agriculture segment is highly valued.
• Fluent French, German and English . Other languages are a plus.
• First experience is a plus
