Solltest du denken, dass wir nur Brote in den Ofen schieben und das wars, dann liegst du falsch!
Wenn du hingegen frische Produkte liebst, dich mit Körnern, Mehl, Brühstücken und hohen Ofentemperaturen auskennst, und dazu noch eine durchtrainierte Arm-Muskulatur zum Kneten hast, dann bist du bei uns richtig! Bäcker bei Bauer zu sein bedeutet, die Welt ein kleines Stückchen besser machen. Wir versuchen es zumindest täglich mit unserer großen Vielfalt an natürlichen und geschmackvollen Backwaren.
Falls auch du die Welt ein Stückchen besser machen möchtest, aber noch keine Lizenz zum Brötchen backen hast, kannst du in unserer Backstube das Brotback-Handwerk erlernen. Gerne begleiten wir dich auf deinem Lehrlings-Weg zum ofenfrischen Bäcker! Unser gemeinsamer Weg könnte auch schon gleich beginnen, denn wir suchen aktuell einen Bäckerlehrling für unsere Produktion in Mühlbach am Hochkönig!

If, on the other hand, you love fresh products, are familiar with grains, flour, broths and high oven temperatures, and also have well-trained arm muscles to knead, then you've come to the right place! Being a baker at Bauer means making the world a little better. We try at least every day with our large variety of natural and tasty baked goods.
If you too want to make the world a little better, but do not yet have a license to bake bread, you can learn the bread-making trade in our bakery. We would be happy to accompany you on your apprentice way to the freshly baked baker! Our common path could begin right away, because we are currently looking for an apprentice baker for our production in Mühlbach am Hochkönig!
