 Manufacturing Intelligence is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We deliver consultancy, design, implementation and validation of IT solutions, both on-premise and cloud based - always in close collaboration with our Pharma customers.
 

We are a department in growth with a mixture of Aveva PI, PAT (Advanced Process Control), Cloud, front end, UX/UI, software development, data science and validation engineers.     

Together, we build best-in-class data engineering solutions, validation of the solutions and contribute to laying the foundation for data-driven decision-making for our pharma customers.

We work closely together with other engineers within it-infrastructure, Scada/PLC, automation, MES etc. to secure integration between the systems in the ever-growing IT landscape within pharma.

 

How you might spend your days

As our new PI Lead Engineer, you’ll be working with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be:

  • Leading other Aveva PI Engineers in projects to make sure we deliver the right quality solution in time. From design to implementation, qualification and to handover.
     
  • Collaborating with and challenge our customers to turn ideas into value adding solutions.
     
  • Working closely together with project management and customer stakeholders daily to align and secure quality and progress.
     
  • Participating in projects on equal terms with your 65 committed colleagues in our offices in Virum, Kalundborg, USA and India.
     
  • Working from our Kalundborg or Virum office in Denmark.

The miles you’ve walked

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • We imagine that you have worked in the Pharma or Biotech industry and have experience with leading projects teams.
     
  • You have experience within the following areas (We train you in the areas where you lack experience).
    - GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISA- S88 and GAMP5 regulatory requirements
    - Science and Risk based validation.
    - Relational databases and SQL
    - AVEVA PI system and PI Interfaces, Connectors and Adapters.
    - SEEQ
    - Azure Devops and HP Quality Center (ALM
  • Experience in medium to large scale engineering projects.
     
  • You have a degree in engineering, computer science or relevant experience.
     
  • You have 7+ years of experience in the life science/biotech industry.
     
  • You speak and write English fluently.
