We are looking to employ an experienced Personal Assistant with passion for management support and administration.



You will help the Director to keep on top of critical tasks and act as sparring partner for the management group. In return, we offer flexibility for personal development within a very interesting environment.



In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society.



About the department

The department handles quality activities including QA responsibilities for Regulatory Affairs and Global Development, responsibilities for ISO certification, and maintenance and development of the Quality Management Systems in R&D.



We offer an independent job among highly specialised colleagues in an international and multidisciplinary environment with good opportunities to develop independent tasks.



The job

As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities are support to the Director and the management group, handling of the department budget and administrative support to the department. You will be a member of the management team and your role will among others cover minutes taking, capture tasks from the discussions and keep track on deadlines.



Some of the tasks for this job is general administrative tasks e.g. budget planning, reporting, and follow-up; invoice and expense handling; personnel administration; department documentation; internal quality reporting; arrangement of meetings and travel; and back up in regards to maintenance of departmental intranet sites.



Qualifications

You have excellent English skills along with an administrative background, preferably with experience from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and budgets is mandatory. It is an advantage if you have experience working with Novo Nordisk internal systems.



On a personal level you are systematic, have good coordination and planning skills and have a good sense of humour even when the pressure is on. You are a strong team player, but also enjoy working independently and you see collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as a natural part of the daily work.



You ask questions and actively seek information. You are good at keeping an overview of the tasks and are flexible in your approach. You are goal-oriented, have a robust nature and have a high quality mind-set.
