We are looking for an assistant for the reception department:

- Place: Camping Sènia Caballo de Mar, Camping Sènia Cala Canyelles, Camping Sènia Tucan, Camping Sènia Riu, Camping Sènia Cala Gogo, Camping Sènia Internacional. 
- Working day: Full time. 
- Season: Summer. Duration of contract: Variable from April to early September 2024.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week. Hourly availability.
- Salary: According to agreement + incentives by department.
- Location: Gerona and Barcelona
- Languages: Spanish, English // Dutch, French, German or Italian will be valued. 
- Experience: Preferably 1 year in reception or other customer service jobs. 
- Education: TEAT Degree (Technician in Tourism Business and Activities) or Degree in Tourism. Knowledge in Hotel Management. 

- Duties to be performed: welcome customers, front desk functions, check in, check out, customer service and management of telephone, online and face-to-face reservations, administrative tasks. Flexibility, technical skills, initiative, passion for service.  Willingness to continue training.
- Aptitudes: Teamwork, communication skills, empathy, people skills, good attitude, responsibility and good presence.

 

Job requirements

- Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English. Dutch, French, German and/or Italian will be valued. 

-Computer user level knowledge.
