Assistant to the General Manager (Bar Supervisor)
Yellowsquare Milan is seeking an Assistant to the General Manager (Square Deputy) to support daily operations across all departments, including Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. This role ensures smooth workflows, high service standards, team coordination, guest satisfaction, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hospitality experience, including supervisory duties, strong reception and F&B skills, excellent communication, and fluency in Italian and English. We offer a full-time contract under CCNL Turismo (3rd level), starting from €24,000 gross per year plus bonuses, training opportunities, and a dynamic, international work environment. - 5+ years of experience in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Strong reception/front-desk exposure, working closely with check-ins, guest flow, and service coordination;
- Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drink preparation, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene);
- Strong team coordination and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Italian (other languages are a plus);
- A people-first mindset, staying calm and solution-oriented under pressure;
- Confidence with digital tools, booking/PMS systems, and hospitality tech;
- Previous hostel experience is a plus.
- CCNL Turismo – 3rd level: starting from €24,000 gross annual salary, plus a bonus up to €1,200;
