Assistant Event Manager (m/f)
For one of our customers we are looking for an Assistant Event Manager (m/f).
Key responsibilities:
- Pro-actively support the development of concepts for events, fairs and exhibitions
- Steer and execute smaller and medium sized projects
- Install and merchandise events, fairs and exhibitions
- Collect offers and handle logistics
- Collaborate with project teams
- Adhere to budget-parameters
- Assist Global Events team in a variety of department related tasks
Your skills:
- At least 2 years relate experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Creative and/or event education/experience
- Proven experience in decorations, interior design or merchandising
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent English language skills in verbal and written form
