Job offer description

Your Responsibilities:

• Expert for all technical issues during operational / service phase;

• Responsible to monitor the performances of the wind farms;

• Respond to customer queries on the technical performance and monitor any deviations in the technical performance in order to improve the overall business;

• Second level support for the After Sales Managers in the region for complex technical matters, main point of contact within Sales & After Sales technical department and with R&D;

• Availability Warranty calculations;

• Technical reports after a major fault or an update;

• Responsible for monitoring the contractually agreed, technical performance of a wind farm by analyzing performance data, provision of reports and advise for both customers as internal service and After Sales organization;

• Provision of all necessary technical input (with involvement of internal specialists) to the After Sales Manager on deviations of wind farm performance and/or feedback on customer requests or inspections;

• Development of tools, methods, documentation and processes in order to improve the qualitative and efficient handling of technical issues and instructing and advising of relevant internal departments;

• Generating, monitoring, analyzing bulk data regarding wind farm performance and translate into useful information and advice for customers and internal (Service and Sales) organization by means of statistics, overviews, data collections and reports;

• Informing and advising of After Sales Manager on deviations in wind farm performance e.g. power curves, SCADA notifications, faults, etc. Provides input on technical issues to After Sales Managers on behalf of formal official statements;

• Coordinating and monitoring/supervising the handling of customer technical issues within the (service) organization, and R&D;

• Coordination of measurement campaigns, participate in customer inspections, instruct/train colleagues on Service Info Portal and SCADA;

Job requirements

Your Skills:

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or similar area;

• At least 4 year experience WTG maintenance, technical Sales & Marketing, R&D in renewable energy;

• Fluent in English;

• Knowledge of additional languages (among Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Greek and German) is beneficial

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP; • Proficiency in Power Bi or SAP Analytics are beneficial

• Good communication skills;

• Collaboration;
