About the department

You will join a dedicated and highly competent team in Device Manufacturing Development and be at the crossroad between Device R&D, Production and our equipment suppliers. Our mission is to implement new production capacity for FlexPen® and FlexTouch® devices in Denmark and around the world and to standardise our approach to support Novo Nordisk’s growing market and expansion projects.



The job

As assembly process engineer, you will join a dedicated project team, and engage in all process related activities, from the design phase to the qualification and validation of the new assembly equipment, as well as support to production to ramp-up the equipment.



You will be in charge of specifying the equipment, performing the design review and approving supplier documentation. You will also generate the validation documentation according to Novo Nordisk standards. Finally you will participate in the qualification (FAT, SAT) and validation of the line and ensure readiness for production and fast ramp-up of the equipment.



This is a unique opportunity to dive deeply in the assembly process to secure world class product quality and process performance. Some travelling activity abroad should be expected (approximately 30 days per year).



Qualification

You hold a Msc. Degree in process or mechanical engineering or equivalent and you can justify 3 to 5 years of experience within the industry in a GMP environment. You are experienced in validation of equipment and GMP requirements. You are accustomed with systematic problem solving and have a strong commitment towards process optimisation.



As a person, you are open-minded and keen to collaborate and communicate in a constructive manner with the various stakeholders. Lastly, you have a strong personal drive enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results. Proficiency in written and spoken English is expected.
