ARLA - Senior Specialist, Portfolio Management
Are you the master of numbers, who can translate data into business decisions? Can you keep track of a portfolio of 150+ projects and pinpoint the challenges based on data; then you could be our portfolio specialist in IT solutions development at Arla.
In a newly created position, we are looking for a senior specialist, who will report into and work closely together with our VP for IT development. You will work with our team of IT development directors, IT business partners and our finance team to keep track of our growing IT portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring, we have the right priority of projects in our IT portfolio and facilitate decisions across the IT development organization, to create ensure we maximize the value created
You will be responsible for gathering the project KPI’s for all our teams, and help them to understand how to report on the KPI’s. You will also be expected to do continuous improvements to our KPI tracking and portfolio management process over time. You will work closely with finance to analyze the project data on project and portfolio level. Your analysis will provide key insights into our delivery performance and be an enabler for decision making to ensure we create value of our IT investments, and drive our digital transformation.
To be successful you need to have the following skills;
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including light coding in the MS platforms where required
- Excellent ability to analyze data and identified patterns
- Excellent MS powerpoint skills, and ability to transform data into clear messages to enable decisions through powerpoint
- Focus on continuous improvement and curious to attack data and problems from various angles to get new insights
- Knowledge of IT projects, portfolios and delivery methods, including SAFE (Scaled agile framework) and how we can measure performance
Experience with development of business cases, which puts you in position to ensure we can compare and prioritize across the organization.
You hold an education at Master’s level or equivalent experience.
