Architectural projects supervisor
This professional figure is responsible for relations with investing companies, contractors, entrepreneurs and for lobbying activities in Italy and abroad. He is responsible for creating relationships with customers, following and negotiating all phases of the project with national and international customers and producing all the technical documentation of Sisecam products.
He is responsible for managing the customer portfolio, requests and problems that may occur during the order and shipping processes and supports the Office in charge in handling complaints.
He will take care of:
- visits to the construction site and to the technical offices to follow, coordinate and direct the Projects;
- business development with investor companies, consultants and window manufacturers, projects abroad, provision of technical consultancy services, marketing activities with architects and consultants;
- the improvement of efficiency in the production environment, to conduct test studies and coordinate the evaluation of the results, coordination with Marketing and Sales to identify customer and market needs in the development studies of new products and technologies;
- to ensure coordination between R & D and production departments in the creation of technical infrastructures and in the design of new development activities for products and technologies in flat glass;
- to contribute to glass composition review projects and provide the necessary coordination for the use of alternative raw materials, to ensure the identification of needs in investment planning studies and the monitoring of technological and scientific developments on a global scale.
degree in engineering/architectural or similar;
- previous experience in the role sought for at least 3/5 years;
- good knowledge of the Office Package;
- good knowledge of the English and the Italian languages;
- residence in Milan.
Preferential title: previous experience in the glass sector and good relations with architectural and engineering companies
