Maersk Drilling IT is an international organization moving forward in constant development. We are currently in the rollout phase of a company-wide ERP System based on an IFS technology platform. In order to secure a successful implementation and future development of the ERP solution we need an experienced Application Manager in the Project and Finance area that will thrive by driving development and integration of the Project and Finance module of ERP in close cooperation with stakeholders.



You will be part of an international working environment where you will be working closely together with the ERP Project organization, business users, senior managers and IT professionals. In the ERP Project organization, you will have a key role during the ERP implementation and rollout.



It is your responsibility to ensure that the Project and Finance area of the ERP system is functioning smoothly to ensure that business value through e.g. process efficiency and valid management information is realized. You hold the overall end-to-end service delivery responsibility for the Project and Finance ERP system towards Maersk Drilling.



Once the implementation and rollout phases are completed, you will be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of the project and financial area of the application.

Key Responsibilities

As ERP Application Manager you will have the end-to-end responsibility of the solution for Maersk Drilling (MD) including;



• Business consulting approach towards colleagues around the business driving continuous improvement

• Advice and support BPO organization on optimization of processes



You will be:



• Leading continuous improvement of the application in close dialogue with all of Maersk Drilling and the remaining ERP Application Team

• Participate in and lead development projects of new and improved processes in cooperation with colleagues around the business.



A key task is being the BPO’s trusted advisor, providing operational support through an extensive knowledge of the processes of an ERP system. The position includes the operational management of our 2nd level support team in the Philippines.



You will be based in our office in Lyngby, Denmark, and report to the ERP Team Lead. Given that Maersk Drilling is an international organization operating globally, some travel activity can be expected as per business needs.





Who we are looking for

We are looking for a team player who is confident with driving and delivering results in cooperation with colleagues and external parties across Maersk Drilling. You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, a results oriented approach to your work, and you possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.



It is important that you have solid ERP consultant experience where your focus has been on the project and financial aspects, but you also have a solid understanding of the cross-functional business processes of an ERP system. Additionally you have a strong professional background within finance and projects to enable advisory. It is not important that your ERP experience comes from working with IFS, but it is an advantage.





We imagine that you have at least a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field but we put more emphasis on experience and your proven results in your career so far.
