  • Support of Resource Management and other PMO tasks in an international environment

  • Brings up innovative ideas to improve processes, trainings methods and agile events
  • Coordination of the continuous improvement process with strong focus on efficiency, user acceptance, digitalization and process automation
  • Super User of the G+D agile tool set

Job requirements

  • University degree or apprenticeship in an IT or economic area
  • First experience with agile methods and practices
  • First experience in agile tooling
  • Affinity towards IT development and/or business process management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player with a hands-on mentality
  • International experience either via study, long term travel and/or work
  • Good observation skill and structural work
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
