Job offer description
- Support of agile coaches and Scrum Masters in workshops, trainings and events
- Support of Portfolio and Transformation Managers in the preparation and organization of Quarterly Planning Events
- Support of Resource Management and other PMO tasks in an international environment
- Active Involvement into the G+D Agile Transformation
- Brings up innovative ideas to improve processes, trainings methods and agile events
- Coordination of the continuous improvement process with strong focus on efficiency, user acceptance, digitalization and process automation
- Super User of the G+D agile tool set
Job requirements
- University degree or apprenticeship in an IT or economic area
- First experience with agile methods and practices
- First experience in agile tooling
- Affinity towards IT development and/or business process management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a team player with a hands-on mentality
- International experience either via study, long term travel and/or work
- Good observation skill and structural work
- Very good communication skills in German and English
