Accountant OTC process
Currently we are looking for our well-known Client in Łódź motivated and energetic candidates for the position of: Accountant (OTC process) with Czech, Dutch, French, German.
Key job responsibilities include: transition OtC process from client location. The duties on this position will involve active monitoring of aged receivables in search for items to be collected from customers. You will be in charge of proactive collection to ensure timely payments from customers as well as making business to business collection calls and negotiating with customers on overdue invoices. You will be responsible for customers’ queries resolution and contact with customers for payment details. You will maintain ownership for customers’ accounts in accounting system. In your work you have to handle credit assessment and blocked order release. Moreover your important task is to build positive relations with international customers.
Have you graduated from economy or finance? Do you have eagerness to learn and develop? Are you stress resistant? Good analytical and communication skills are a must. We are looking for candidates with fluency in English and also a good command in one of the language: Dutch, French or German. You need to have practical knowledge of SAP and experience in OTC process, cash collection or credit controlling. Additional experience in Business to Business Collection, Call Center or Credit Controlling would be an asset.
