The applicants are ranked by matching percentage to your job vacancies. So to insure a good matching, make sure to be clear and detailed in the description of the your position(s). Please remember that all text must be in English.

Be aware that the job fair platform also offers the candidates the opportunity to apply for your jobs through the platform. Therefore, make sure to keep an eye on your dashboard on a regular basis so that you do not miss any job applicants.

The online interview works via the audio and video chat program Jitsi, which you do not have to install nor adapt to any systems or firewalls.
