Ours is a company that has always dealt with receptions, but since we opened our 4-star hotel (Montirò Hotel) we have dedicated ourselves and are passionate about revisited local cuisine (gourmet) that we present at any time of the day. Our kitchen is structured with a pastry laboratory where we make the whole line of leavened products, tarts, jams and various types of bread ... to offer to our customers. From a kitchen laboratory where various techniques are used (vacuum cooking, dry marinating, textures, preparation of pasta, fish bases, meat and vegetables, filleting of fresh fish, classic and modern processes) ... ect ... The goal is to convey to our collaborators the passion and tradition that our family has always sought.
