The adventure of Couloir started in the French Alps 2006, where Couloir opened a bar. A few years later the adventure continued in Amager Strand, where the atmosphere from the Alps where created.

In 2014/2015 Restaurants Lynette became a part of the company, and has close relations to Couloir

I 2017 our passion for organic coffee and delicious lemonade, inspired us to take on a new adventure by opening Couloir No 35. We built the place ourselves, using recycled materials, and welcome our customers to a charming place with soul, where we serve good coffee, sandwiches and homemade lemonade.

Later in 2017, three became five, when we got offered to very special restaurants, we couldn’t say no to.

 

Restaurant Hellerup Sejlklub – close to Øresund with a unique terrace. Here we have found an amazing team of chefs that create Danish food ´with a twist.



Bistro Couloir – a young version of Couloir. In the new opened Hotel CHP Studio we make bistro-food when best, simple dishes made from good quality produce. We are crazy with the décor, New Your when it is best.



Running a Restaurant is not just a job, it is a passion and a dream, and a dream we follow every day. Our goal for Couloir, it to be the favorite place to eat in Amager for many people, this must be achieved through good food to an affordable price.

To live out this dream, is not possible without a good staff, and we think we are lucky to have the best staff, they are chosen based on personality and longing to follow our dream – together with us.

We hope to live up to the expectations people have – one think is for shure, we will try our best!
