AUTOMA is a company that designs, engineers and manufactures Made in Italy technologies for remote monitoring in the Oil, Gas and Water sector, and for Building Automation in the civil sector. The company was founded in Italy in 1987 by the entrepreneurial spirit and creative skills of Giorgio Giorgetti, the current chief executive officer. The history of AUTOMA runs parallel to the development of electronic technologies, developing over the years a great deal of technological expertise in the field of electronics and innovation, which places it in a leading position in the national and international market

In 2012 it obtained the ATEX certification for products installed in explosion risk areas. During the last two years, the commitment to continuous improvement of company management has allowed AUTOMA to acquire further certifications: 

  • UNI ISO 45001:2018, related to management systems for safety and health of workers;
  • UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, related to the environmental management system;
  • UNI EN ISO 27001:2017, related to the information security management system.
