As a supervisor insulation, you are the link between the project leader and the foreman. You are involved in the organization and preparation of the insulation work on site. You ensure that your team can perform optimally and that the necessary materials are used as efficiently as possible. You manage your team in a coaching and guiding way, work together with your colleagues and other stakeholders and support the project leader with various tasks.
